  1. APPRAISE:   Assess challenges and current needs to build awareness and determine a clear focus
  2. DESIGN: Identify an inspiring goal or objective that leads to breakthroughs
  3. UPGRADE:  Build new interpersonal skills that lead to novel and innovative ways of operating
  4. PRACTICE: Using our coaching and support, participants practice mastery of their newfound skills, abilities, and competencies
  5. INTEGRATE: We facilitate the preparation and planning to fully assimilate the learning into day-to-day practices
